Streetwise is an authorized service center for SPA Technique fire systems.

We do not service other brands. If you are not sure what you have, send us a picture of the label and we can tell you whether we can service it. Email it to sales@streetwiseparts.com.

When to service

Have your bottle serviced every two years, and after any discharge. We service out-of-date systems and systems that have been activated, using original parts. Turnaround is typically 2 to 3 business days. If you are in a rush, ask about our overnight rush service.

Shipping your bottle

Many bottles arrive still charged, and a charged bottle must ship by ground service only. We do not accept charged bottles shipped by air. We ship your bottle back by ground, too.

• Double-box the bottle with 2 inches of padding on all sides.
• Immobilize the bottle so it cannot move inside the box.
• Protect the valve and gauge.
• Tape both boxes securely.

Include your name, phone number and order number or a note with your bottle's make, model, serial number and the reason for service.
